Thinks Outside of the Box!

My client and I made contact with William Hoyle, CPA some years ago. She wanted to share the impact William made on her life. We approached William during a busy tax season, and he met with us on his lunch hour. She had recently been discharged from a mental hospital after a long hospitalization to stabilize a severe and persistent mental illness. She had lost all benefits and was in trouble with the IRS. She did not become just a number or a file. William was patient and assured her that he could deal with the IRS issues. She always thought that William helped her find her identity and gave her life back. There were no more hospitalizations. William never received any payment but surely his rewards will be great. His work speaks for itself. I know because he continues to do my taxes and supervise my investments. I am always pleased that he is so current and conversant with the latest changes in the tax laws.
